This training is by invitation for: Implementation Teams from new sites that will be installing Family Guided Routines Based Intervention, Classroom Engagement Model or Pyramid Model through the MNCoE. Implementation Teams from sites who are currently installing an innovation may attend. See your external coach for details.

Program Wide Adoption training helps implementation teams become familiar with their role in implementing the innovation. Teams work through establishing team meeting agendas, norms, and problem solving processes. Teams learn about the Benchmarks of Quality and the key elements that will be the focus of their work. External coaches attend to support teams throughout the process.
