Join us for a Community Conversation focused on applying leadership and collaboration practices in support of successful inclusive service provision. Dr. Kellie Krick Oborn will lead the conversation, and provide an opportunity for leaders and teams to grapple with the challenges and opportunities they face in the field related to a variety of complex service provision questions.

  • What types of inclusive service delivery models are being used with success? What structures and supports facilitate success?
  • How are decisions regarding intensity of service being made?
  • How are programs approaching roles and responsibilities of collaborative team members in various service delivery models?
  • How can local leaders approach structuring programs in ways that are conducive to community partnerships?

The morning will consist of a brief informational session on research and practice trends in the field, followed by a series of round table discussions focused on applying leadership and collaboration practices in support of successful inclusive service provision.

You are encouraged to invite your community partners to join you. Bring your own challenges and opportunities to share and discuss!
