DCD and SMI goals:     Add adaptive art equipment to the lending library.  Zot Artz for All equipment bought.  Used by int. 287, ISD 196, Int 917, Osseo, Eastern Carver, NSP #622, Robbinsdale.

In Fall of 2016 conduct a survey to determine the level of proficient of each CoP member re Four Block/literacy.  Survey conducted

DCD will sponsor a Person-Centered-Planning workshop/meet with Jerry Petroff.  Held on November 17, 2016

Study implementation of Nurtured Heart and how to share information with colleagues.  100% will know how to implement Nurtured Heart with fidelity.  100% can create a Nurtured Heart influence lesson plan.  Survey will be conducted

Increase the number of secondary (interest level) books in lending library to 15.  Done  increase the number of non-fiction books in lending library to 15.  Done Purchase Reading A-Z subscriptions for 100% of the CoP Members. Done

Increase Regional awareness of Four Block Literacy Framework and bring all representatives of the DCD CoP to the same, basic level of understanding of the framework.  Survey will be conducted

All CoPs will market the AT Tech Talk on-line newsletter to parents.  Data not complete

All CoPs will increase awareness and proofread the MN Manual of Accommodations. Done on Dec 13

All CoPs will broadcast at least one meeting.  Person Centered Planned broadcast on 11/17/2016
