This planning day is an opportunity for implementation teams to think about the various topics of sustainability such as coaching, data use, staff buy in and budget. The morning will consist of examples, templates and questions to consider around each topic area. In the afternoon, teams will use what they learned to work through process for creating their team’s goals and action plans for the next year(s).  External coaches attend to support teams throughout the process.

Please bring your most recent completed Benchmarks of Quality and any current implementation team action plans or sub-committee work notes.

Lunch will be on your own during a one-hour lunch break.
