DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED

Collaborative Learning Equity Group

Resource Training & Solutions and Metro ECSU have partnered with Paul Gorski, founder of the Equity Literacy Institute and EDChange, to bring a Collaborative Learning Equity Series to central Minnesota.

What is equity literacy?

Equity literacy is a framework designed to cultivate equity knowledge and skills to educators and city/county leaders--to strengthen their literacy around equity. Equity-literate leaders know how to recognize even the subtlest biases and inequities in their spheres of influence, respond to those biases and inequities in productive and equitable ways, redress those biases and inequities by understanding and addressing them at their roots, and sustain equity efforts long-term.

What is Collaborative Learning: The Equity Series?

The Collaborative Learning Equity Series is designed to be an engaging, interactive, multi-date event for regional educators and city/county leaders. Attending as a team is highly encouraged, but not required. Over the course of four workshop dates, participants will learn to incorporate equity literacy into their work even when that work is not centrally about equity.
