Two sessions, 8:30 - 11:30 OR 12:30 - 3:30
Experience the power of the 5 Leadership Voices. All five leadership voices come with their own particular set of strengths, and all have areas for growth. In this workshop Rynell will share simple tools and strategies that immediately transform how leaders see themselves and others in all circles of their influence.
Participants will:
· Identify the foundational Voice you use.
· Celebrate the contribution your Voice brings.
· Learn the negative impact your Voice can have on others.
Two follow up sessions will be offered to go deeper into creating healthy communication in teams.
About the Presenter: Throughout her career in education, Rynell Schock has held a variety of leadership roles in support of bettering schools for students and staff including principal, literacy coach, professional development director, researcher, program developer and consultant. It brought her to the realization that she wanted to focus on building healthy leaders and supporting healthy cultures in organizations, acknowledging that everyone is a leader.
Who Should Attend: Education leaders – school and district administrators, principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, teaching and learning directors, superintendents, content and instructional coaches, and other interested educators. This session is appropriate for individuals and excellent for teams.
