Going Further with the 5 Voices: Transform Team Communication with Rynell Schock, GiANT

Identify your prominent and lesser Voices. With greater self awareness of your own tendencies in communication and relationships, at this session you will build upon how to:

· Develop the art of collaboration — Get the best from each person in your team by learning to leverage and trust the strengths of their Voice.

· Optimize team performance — Learn how to create team alignment and synergy by harnessing the contribution of all 5 Voices.

· Learn tools and strategies to improve your performance with colleagues and strengthen your organization.

This is a sequel to the Oct 24 Five Voices workshop with Rynell Schock. You may attend this session even if you did not attend the first session, and will be asked to complete an assessment and send the results to Rynell before Dec 3. We will email the link and email address to you after you complete your registration.

About the Presenter: Throughout her career in education, Rynell Schock has held a variety of leadership roles in support of bettering schools for students and staff including principal, literacy coach, professional development director, researcher, program developer and consultant. It brought her to the realization that she wanted to focus on building healthy leaders and supporting healthy cultures in organizations, acknowledging that everyone is a leader. 

Who Should Attend: Education leaders – school and district administrators, principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders, teaching and learning directors, superintendents, content and instructional coaches, and other interested educators. This session is appropriate for individuals and excellent for teams.
