This is the fifth of six monthly guided discussion meetings to share information on Minnesota’s interagency EHDI system and evidence-based practices for serving young children with hearing loss and their families as outlined in Chapter 3 of the 2018 NASDSE document “Optimizing Outcomes for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing; Educational Service Guidelines”. 

Topics for this meeting will include:

1. Service Delivery Considerations (NASDSE Chapter 3 Discussion Guide page 16)
2. Transition from Part C Early Intervention to Part B ECSE (NASDSE Chapter 3 Discussion Guide page 18)

CART services will be provided. This meeting will be recorded; the recorded meeting link will be provided to RLIFs and MN Regional EHDI Team members following the meeting.
