Region 11 Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) Teams Community of Practice - Virtual Meeting

This is the first Region 11 EHDI CoP meeting of the school year.  This meeting will be held virtual only. A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants prior to the September 22 meeting date.

The agenda will include:

  • CoP member sharing. How are member districts providing Part C services and Special Education services at this time? What ideas, supports, or resources do providers need?
    • Updates on resources and guidance posted by MDE
  • Group review and updates of Region 11 EHDI CoP professional development needs and plans determined by the group in May 2020.
  • Discussion of child referrals to Part C and Part B Preschool; Share current district processes for eligibility evaluations and assessments of young children during times of virtual service delivery.
