A four-part recorded webinar series, featuring familiar faces, will provide a warm welcome and orientation to this year's virtual conference platform. Participants will gain foundational knowledge in what will be the Main Conference emphasis of using high leverage practices to engage students with disabilities, especially those with low incidence disabilities, in academic standards.

Webinar 1: Conference Opener (15 minutes)

In this webinar, we welcome participants with a historical perspective of Charting the Cs, discuss our new virtual platform, and highlight our commitment to accessibility.

Webinar 2: Standards & Meaningful Access (30 minutes)

In this webinar, Minnesota educators from across the field collaborate with a researcher with the TIES Center at the University of Minnesota to discuss standards and meaningful access.

Webinar 3: High Leverage Practices (30 minutes)

      In this webinar, Minnesota educators from across the field collaborate with staff from the CEEDAR Center to discuss High Leverage Practices.

Webinar 4: The Low Incidence Perspective (30 minutes)

     In this webinar, a panel of statewide specialists discusses the field of low incidence disabilities concerning the importance of each High
Leverage Practice and the application of academic standards.

Cancellation: You can cancel your own registration for an event before the cancellation deadline. (Please check the event information for specific cancellation details.) If the event has a fee, refunds are possible only if cancellation is prior to the deadline. If you do not attend and do not cancel prior to an event, you are still responsible for payment and will be billed.

(BrightWorks requires a notice of 2 business days to cancel a sign language interpreter. If you fail to cancel, we reserve the right to bill your school/district for this expense.)
