CueOn gives cuers unique opportunities to interact with Deaf Cueducators through authentic learning conversations.  Using video conferencing, learners will be able to practice their receptive and expressive cueing skills. CueOn gives cue learners targeted practice time to build proficiency and the confidence needed to engage Deaf cuers.

Presenter:
Amy Crumrine, a native cuer since the age of 5, is a long time Maryland resident. While growing up in Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland, she had access to Cued Speech transliterators until the end of her senior year. Upon graduation, she attended Rochester Institute of Technology, the home of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. It was there that she submerged into the world of American Sign Language and received her Masters in Deaf Education there. After moving back to her native hometown, she went on to obtain another Master's degree in School Counseling from Gallaudet University. After working as a deaf and hard of hearing teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools, she switched careers and became an ASL teacher at the high school level where she currently works at. Amy is the founder and President of CueSign, Inc. and is one of the two founders of Cue On, LLC, a company that provides online Cued Speech tutoring services. She has two grown children and currently resides in Germantown with her husband and two cats. 2.0 TECUnit CEHS (pending approval)
