 Workshop description:

When working with mentees we are sometimes faced with people who are only willing to do the bare minimum. This workshop will provide you tips and tricks for revitalizing their buy-in. We will focus on how you give feedback, ideas for motivating mentees, and new approaches for facilitating mentoring activities.
