Comprehensive Literacy Training Series
The Region 11 Literacy Community of Practice focuses on bringing more training opportunities to teachers and districts across MN, attempting to implement literacy with struggling readers. The overarching goal is to increase knowledge for those interested in literacy for students with low incidence disabilities (i.e., Developmental Cognitive Disabilities, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Blind / Visually Impaired, etc.). This opportunity is part of a series of short, basic trainings to provide resources and awareness of best practices in the field of literacy and disabilities.
