Workshop description:
In this workshop we will discuss how self-analysis directly ties into an interpreter’s ability to give and receive feedback. Participants will define self-analysis and principles of psychoanalysis through the lens of interpreting. We will also discuss tools for self-analysis and how to apply these tools to feedback strategies. Interpreters will discuss how to provide feedback to someone who is at a different stage in their career than you are. This workshop will provide strategies you can implement right away!
