Audience:  Pyramid Model Implementation Team members, including at a minimum the Data Manager, one Internal Coach, Administrator, and External Coach. All roles mentioned above must attend.

The focus of this training opportunity is to:

o   Provide a detailed overview of the BIR’s and what it is designed to do

o   Discuss how to make the BIR’s data meaningful and useful

o   Discuss options for gathering and reporting the BIR’s

o   Set up a system for gathering, summarizing, and visualizing the data for decision making.  This will include some combination of using Google Survey Forms with Google Sheets and an Excel One Drive account that will be used to collect and automatically summarize BIR’s data for your program. 

o   Practice entering BIR’s and experiment with data manipulation on site specific google form and Excel One Drive forms

o   Action Plan how you will roll out your new BIR’s forms at your Implementation Site.

Lunch for Centers of Excellence trainings is an hour, it is on your own out in the community, or feel free to bring a bag lunch.
