Event description:

This one day PD session will help you build your blueprint for behavior, no matter your role in EC and ECSE 3-5 programs.  Following our keynote, you become the architect for your learning and will design a plan for your day.  Session content to include:

Goals for this event:

  • Understand and grow your ideas and strategies in order to prevent challenging behavior
  • Learn critical de-escalation strategies to respond in the moment
  • Strengthen your support strategies for children who have experienced trauma

THIS EVENT WILL BE FOLLOWED UP WITH A 3-PART VIRTUAL SERIES, 'REFINE YOUR DESIGN' (11/8 3-4p, 1/9 3-4p, 2/22 3-4p).

PLEASE REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR EACH SESSION IN THE VIRTUAL SERIES.  ATTENDANCE AT ALL VIRTUAL SESSIONS IS NOT REQUIRED - JOIN WHEN YOU CAN!

If the event has a fee, refunds are possible only if cancellation is prior to the deadline. If you do not attend and do not cancel prior to an event, you are still responsible for payment and will be billed.

(BrightWorks requires a notice of 2 business days to cancel a sign language interpreter. If you fail to cancel, we reserve the right to bill your school/district for this expense.)
