8:45 – 9:45 Article Read & Small Group Discussions “Early Exposure to ASL Yields Gifts to Children Learning to Read and Write” (Odyssey - Gallaudet University)
9:45 – 10:00 Break
10:00–11:00 Science of Reading for Deaf Children (Leala Holcomb & Hannah Dostal)
11:00–12:00 Lunch
12:00–1:30 DHH Learners and the Science of Reading (Stacey Tucci)
1:30 – 1:45 Break
1:45 – 2:15 Debrief Small Group Discussions on Presentations
2:15 – 2:30 Open Conversations / Questions
Cancellation: You can cancel your own registration for an event before the cancellation deadline. (Please check the event information for specific cancellation details.) If the event has a fee, refunds are possible only if cancellation is prior to the deadline. If you do not attend and do not cancel prior to an event, you are still responsible for payment and will be billed.
