Nurtured Heart Approach: Making it Work in My Classroom: Implementation Ideas, Networking and Lesson Planning

A brief review of the literacy assessments covered at the last training along with practice giving parts of each assessment. We will break into small groups to do exercises on making a choice of area(s) of greatest need based off of given testing results. With any extra time we will dive into the myths of teaching literacy, scheduling of the four blocks within the school day and a brief look at beginning to end of the year data from students exposed to four blocks.

Cancellation: You can cancel your own registration for an event before the cancellation deadline. (Please check the event information for specific cancellation details.) If the event has a fee, refunds are possible only if cancellation is prior to the deadline. If you do not attend and do not cancel prior to an event, you are still responsible for payment and will be billed.

(BrightWorks requires a notice of 2 business days to cancel a sign language interpreter. If you fail to cancel, we reserve the right to bill your school/district for this expense.)
